Return Policy

Cancellations:

Cancellations must be authorized by Amp Footswitch prior to the time the build process begins. Please contact a Customer Service Representative right away if you need to cancel your order. If Amp Footswitch authorizes a cancellation of your order, please allow 2 to 3 business days for your account to be successfully refunded. You will be notified via email with a confirmation once refund has been issued.

All of our products are custom handcrafted to your specific order. No returns or refunds will be authorized.
